A proper family pet shop, not a faceless chain
Victoria Pet Shop Ltd has been a true family-run business since opening in 2013, following a lifelong passion for animals. Noel began working in his local pet shop while still at school before spending many years in the pet food supply industry, while Iris brought her strong customer service background to the business. Bringing those two experiences together made opening the shop a natural step.
Judith, affectionately known as "Eliza Doolittle" because of her natural connection with animals, completes the team. The family spirit continues with Noel and Iris's two grandchildren, who are always keen to spend time helping out in the shop. That genuine family atmosphere is at the heart of everything we do and one of the reasons so many customers return time and time again.
